Track roller is one of the four wheels and one belt of the crawler-type engineering machinery chassis. Its main function is to support the weight of the excavator and bulldozer, allowing the track to move forward along the wheel. Based on precise accessories, careful heat treatment and wear-resistant oil seal system, good internal oil circulation system, the service life of the wheel is guaranteed. The wheel shell manufactured by forging treatment obtains good internal material fiber flow distribution.

1. Roller shell: Made of 50Mn/40Mn2 round steel material with good harden ability by forging; the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering + medium frequency surface quenching ensures its strength and wear resistance.

2. Shaft: Made of 45# round steel, tempered + medium frequency surface quenching heat treatment process, surface hardness HRC53-60, hardened layer depth can reach 3-7mm, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.

3. Floating oil seal: Made of15CR3MO, hardness HRC65-72, working bright band roughness 0.1um-0.2um.

4. O-ring: Made of nitrile rubber copolymerized with butene and acrylonitrile as raw material, it has better oil resistance and high temperature resistance.
