    Tack can provide top and bottom rollers for machinery from a wide array of manufacturers including – Case, CAT,CNH, Daewoo, Doosan,Dresser, Extec, Fai, Fiat Hitachi, Hitachi, Hyundai, IHI, JCB,John Deere , Keestrack, Kobelco, Komatsu, Kubota, Liebherr, Luigong, Mitsubishi,New Holland, Samsung, Sany, Xcmg, Shantui, Sumitomo and Volvo.
    Carrier rollers maintain the track link at its optimum height to ensure a tight binding of all the different elements for more efficient machine operation. A thorough study of the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) original drawing representing the upper roller required performances, will allow us to manufacture all the different types of carrier rollers available on the market. The best solution will be applied to our production line after rigorous analysis of the drawings.
    Our products are made of 40Mn and 50Mn steel, which will go through a medium frequency induction modulation process in order to obtain 52-56 HRC. This material, chosen for its quality and durability, meeting the requirements of heavier weights as well as the precision of our production lines, are the main competitiveness of our top rollers. All of the top roller shells are assembled with O-rings, bushings, seals, shaft and other small parts. Each step is strictly inspected to ensure pressure resistance and tensile resistance.
