Features of Carrier Roller

1).Unique Technology

The unique technologies applied to the production of our bulldozer undercarriage parts include forging, quenching and tempering. In addition, the threaded part of our carrier roller receives a medium and medium frequency treatment so its rigidity is over 2 times that of other similar machinery parts with regular threaded joints.

2). First-Rate Material

These excavator undercarriage parts are made from 40Mn or 50Mn.

3). Superior Manufacturing Techniques

Our advanced forging techniques are used to produce the roller body, front cover and rear cover of our carrier rollers.
