TACK Introduces Highly Efficient Cleaning and Air Drying Machine, Significantly Improving the Durability of Undercarriage parts

TACK plant has recently commissioned a new type of cleaning and air drying machine in the dozer undercarriage spare part production line, which can thoroughly clean all the components, including body shells, shafts, brackets and other key components, effectively removing metal chips and oil residues left behind by the machining process. By optimizing the cleaning process, the wear and tear on the inside of the wheel body during use is greatly reduced, while oil leakage is significantly reduced, thus improving the overall assembly quality.  Normal cleaning methods are difficult to completely remove fine impurities, which can easily lead to imprecise coordination of components and accelerate wear. The new equipment adopts high-pressure rinsing and intelligent air-drying technology to ensure that each part meets the best cleaning standards, making the assembled chassis run more smoothly and significantly improving product quality. Test data shows that the service life of chassis produced with the new process is significantly extended, and the failure rate of customer feedback is significantly reduced.  For TACK this technology upgrade is an important step in its continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, and in the future, it will also be combined with Internet of Things (IoT) technology to realize real-time monitoring of the cleaning process and further safeguard the reliability of its products.
