TACK team discussed with client in online meetings to solve related product issues.

We received a message from the customer that 2 of container rollers we shipped last year had some problems after the end customer used them for 3 months. After receiving the images and videos from the customer, our team immediately looked up our production records and held an online meeting with the customer to discuss and analyze the causes of the problems.

After the discussion, we agreed that one of the rollers was caused by our production errors and the other piece was caused by customer's improper use. Our production and QC departments made timely adjustments to avoid the same situation from happening again. At the same time, we also suggested to our customer that the end customer should replace all the wheels, if only one or two of the wheels are replaced, the new wheels will be worn out and have a short service life. The customer appreciated the immediate support of our team and had complete confidence in our ability to consistently deliver quality products and services. A warranty agreement was reached and we properly address the customer's needs.
