Description
Track rollers are designed to transfer, through the tracks and onto the ground, the majority of the excavator's weight and dynamic forces. The track rollers also increase excavators stability.
A thorough study of the original drawing, presenting the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) performance requirements, will allow us to manufacture all the different types of conveyor rollers available on the market. The best solution will be applied to our production line after rigorous analysis of the drawings.
Our products are made of 45Mn to 50Mn steel, which will go through a high frequency induction modulation process in order to obtain HRC50-55. This material, chosen for its quality and durability, meeting the requirements of heavier weights as well as the precision of our production lines, are the main competitiveness of our bottom rollers. All track roller shells are assembled with O-rings, bushings, seals, shaft and other small parts. Each step is strictly inspected to ensure pressure resistance and tensile resistance.
